Sadly we have retired the Green Oak Caravan she will no longer be available.
We  have  decided  to  keep  Green Oak for  another  year due  to  popular demand. Although it  is older  and  smaller  than White  Rose, ( only  having  1 bedroom and a smaller  bathroom). Several  of  our  visitors have  re-booked  Green Oak  for  coming year  2009.  It  remains  popular  because  of  its  cosiness  and   quaintness and has a huge fan base of repeat visitors.

Bedrooms.

One double bedroom plus dining area also converts into double bed.
All bedding is provided, man made fibre filled duvets and pillows which are suitable for asthmatics.

Bathroom.

Shower cubicle, gas water heater

Flushing W.C.

Kitchen.

Fitted Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster.
All pots, pans, utensils and tea towels are provided.

Dining Area.

Good sized table with plenty of seating

Living Room.

Spacious comfortable seating with colour TV
Gas fire heating.

Electric meter requires £1 coins.
Gas is included in the price.

 

The caravan is not suitable for Children under four years old or pets.

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required per week paid at the time of booking. Should the unforseeable happen which prevents you from visiting us at the booked time. Your deposit or fully paid fee can be reallocated to a later vacant date in the year or even the following year.
The total fee is required at least three weeks prior to the beginning of your booked holiday date.
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs.C. Scaling and sent to Lendales Farm, Kirby Misperton, Malton, YO17 6XR. North Yorkshire.

Minimum booking term is one week. Shorter stays may be available during April and October but are subject to a surcharge of £40.00
